I understand that this paid entry into the 2024 Greater Than Super Draft Softball tournament is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable and all sales are final. In the event you cannot make the Greater Than Super Draft after payment has been made and before August 1st, 2024, we (in act of good faith) will try to find someone off the waiting list to take your spot. If we find someone, we'll refund all money paid by you minus a $30 registration fee. You may not sell or transfer your spot by your own efforts. If you back out after August 1st, 2024, you'll receive no refund and we'll ship you your package approximatley 10-15 business days after the tournament has been completed. Any player registration cancellations or drops before August 1st, 2024 are subject to a $30 registration fee. Absolutely NO REFUNDS of any amount after August 1st, 2024.
In the event of a 2024 Greater Than Super Draft tournament cancellation anytime, the registered participant agrees to accept the event Uniform Package that was custom made for the participant, as services/products rendered In full and no refunds given. Furthermore, if the event is canceled BEFORE the scheduled tournament, Greater Than Gear will ship complete Uniform Package to participant with all shipping costs paid for by Greater Than Gear.
Tournament director reserves all rights to modify any game to a 1-pitch format or time limit(s), in the event of time constraints due to Weather or Random Acts of God.

You agree to not hold Greater Than Gear or any of its employees or volunteers liable for any harm or injury while playing or spectating at the 2024 Greater Than Super Draft. Greater Than Gear has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fighting, player discrimination and foul language during our events. Greater Than Gear reserves the right to Permanently Eject any player or spectator from the tournament and grounds at any time for violating this policy, with no refund of any monies paid. You also agree to be present at all games your team has scheduled during the 2024 Greater Than Super Draft tournament.
